Incapacity Benefits and DLA Claimants Statistics

At the IiME International Conference 2007 in London in May 2007 Dr. Vance Spence wondered whether numbers of pwme could be determined from the figures of those claiming Incapacity Benefit and/or Disabled Living Allowance.
